According to unofficial information, based console to succeed the Wii, will be the IBM PowerPC processor with three cores. Graphics processing will ATI graphics core series R700; mentioned at least 512 MB of memory. Performance novelty is expected to be comparable (or even surpass) the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
They say also that the console will get a game controllers with built-in camera and 6-inch touch screen. Apparently, the screen (if it really will) be used to display images with the prefix and management.
But the previously mentioned support for optical media format, Blu-ray, most likely, will not.
Release of the new consoles would be unlikely before the second half of 2012.
